I'm pleased to share that I've been selected as one of three artists for the inaugural Northern Rivers Artist Exchange Residency Program — a partnership between Grafton Regional Gallery and Arts Northern Rivers.
I'll be in Grafton from 13 to 19 July 2026, with studio space, accommodation and a stipend provided. The plan is to spend the week collecting — found materials, conversations, local stories from the Clarence Valley. I'm also hoping to run some participatory workshops, inviting Grafton residents to bring in objects and stories that might find their way into the resulting work. That kind of direct community connection is something I've wanted to explore more, and this feels like the right setting for it.
The finished works will come together back in my studio after the residency. If you'd like to follow how the project develops — from Grafton through to the finished pieces — you can join my list below.
